dell 7320 not receiving Bluetooth

the device does not accept Bluetooth, wifi is still running, the chip integrates both devices, tried to change another card for a while and then it doesn't accept anymore,,, if possible due to bios, someone can fix it for me, , Thanks a lot

Please do it a habit on requesting on the bios section
