Need Help with dell inspiron 15 3511 bios !!

Hello everyone

I have a problem with the dell inspiron 15 3511, after windows update it's stuck on the bios update loop.

unfortunately, I desoldered the bios chip and flashed it with a tested dump from the forum, now it:
- boot with a black screen no display then the dell logo flash fast then no display.
- caps look light and stay on then the laptop restarts with a full CPU fan then its display colors screen, white, green ....etc.
- charger light blinking 3 ambers, 6 white which means bios corrupted.

I tried multiple bios dump with no luck.

your post ended with no solution !
my case little different, the laptop was working and stuck in a bios update loop after the chip desolders and reprogrammed it stopped showing anything on display, just the dell logo flash then the colors display with all symptoms I described earlier.
any help or suggestions?
