No it was a BIOS issue still - I managed to solve it by booting into Medicat on an external USB (external graphics worked) and updating the BIOS again from within Windows... Still got a slight flicker on the screen but I think that's refresh rate settings or similar... Thank you very much for your help

Thank you very much. The laptop now powers on, but with a LCD issue (graphics flickering all over the place) - works okay on an external monitor... Any suggestions?

I have a new laptop under warranty. there is no way to take it apart. it was purchased yesterday, without an operating system, after installing the OS, on the Lenovo website it was suggested to update the BIOS, I did it
then through Windows, and got a brick! What do i do?

Take it back to wherever you bought it,get a refund or replacement.

if you used the virgin bios and it doesn't work, you either wrote it wrong or you have another problem..

while writing virgin bios
I used "NeoProgrammer V2.2.0.10" first unlock then delete bios
I did it. Finally, it wrote bios successfully, but the black screen and the power button are flashing.
