Hi,
current drawn by the power supply 0.75 A
I tried EC and Main Bios
I tried different CPU
still no display.
No voltage on PL12
PCH gets very hot while running
is this normal?
does anyone have an idea?

HM65 was replaced with a new one, but the result did not change...
