MB: NM-D031 rev 1.0
All voltages are present on coils. What i've measured
01.VDDQ_PWRGD-3.3V
02.ALW_PWRGD-3.3V
03.EC_VCCST_PWRGD-3.3V
04.PCH_PWROK-3.3V
05.PCH_DPWROK-3.3V
06.VCCST_PWRGD_R-Present
07.DRAMRST#-Present
Consumption goes straight to 600mA and fluctuates a bit to 616-620mA.
Scope doesnt show any communication On QC701 and on pin108 of ram slot(I dont see the reset though voltage is present).
Ram is onboard samsung.Ram chips are getting all the voltages like 2.5V/1.2V/0.6V and none is heating.
PU9800-all requirements checked and verified.
My observation is lack of communication between PCH and ram-meaning a bad pch perhaps.
Do you agree or we need to measure anything further.
PS: Received 4 identical lenovo laptops with very same fault-All have NM-D031 Motherboard. So i doubt my conclusion as its very unlikely that all boards will develop a faulty PCH.
