I receive HP elitebook 8470p with this symptom
With ram installed when I press the power bottom it powers on and fan started with high speed CPU doesn't warm and then power off about 7-8 second if remove the ram it's start and doesn't power off and CPU warmed up please help .I opologize for bad English .thanks for al
