I have 2 microsoft surface pro 7 devices. both have multitouch problem. I could not solve the problem with the driver via Windows. Then I focused on the bios software. However, a problem I have not encountered before has emerged.
The new software adapted to the bios chips of the devices did not work. I switched the bios chips between the devices and wrote their original software and again they did not work. When I wrote their original bios software to their own chips again, they worked normally. Then I wrote their original bios to the same model chip I bought new and they did not work again. It behaves as if it recognises its own original chip. When I examined the software of the non-working bios chip, I noticed that some things changed, but there is no change in its original chip.
I did not encounter this problem in other surface pro series.
