NM-B891 Lenovo T490

Hi,

Can someone help me with a high quality for this board for parts near bios ic and me ic?
I have a board with empty ic, I write data back but I think some parts are missing near them (caps or resistance)

Notebook doesn't start and when I connect charger power button blinks 3 times.

I used this bios backup

One capacitor and one resistance I put them because are Missing,
I saw on some eBay pictures, but are not so clear…

I have also schematic of it but I don't know what is necessary

Pics are very small in size-so not visible. Link the schematic or figure it out in it which bios pin is connected to which resistor .

Can you give me some clear pictures near that ic's (bios and me) to see what it's missing on my board?
