I bought it this year as a package on eBay in the USA, but when i was able to bring it to my country Ecuador, it would not start, it was with battery problems and the keyboard does not work, the touchpad yes, i take it to a technical service and they told me that i could not get the mainboard diagrams to verify what was wrong with the pc, the keyboard, numeric keyboard, and rgb does not work

Do you have the original power adapter for this laptop?

If you attach the power adapter - any lights on the laptop ? Does the display turn on to show any graphics / text ?

Is it too late to return through Ebay services? If not, do you have test equipment for the repair?

Yes, it is my second laptop of this model, I really like the location of the keyboard, the first laptop told me that the processor was burned, and that the mainboard is useless, so it is left as spare parts, I was able to reuse the battery of that laptop. both battery and charger are the original ones that came with the equipment. It no longer has a guarantee, I have looked on the brand's website and it has already expired. Going back to the second laptop, it's functional, only the keyboard doesn't work, nor the rgb. I have win 10 installed, the same with win 11 it doesn't work either, it must be something electronic according to what the technician told me.

If the keyboard does not work on the 2nd laptop, the fault could be with the device driver that is loading upon boot. The device driver (software) for the keyboard may be incorrect for the model.

A device driver is used to configure a piece of hardware.

Video cards have their own; keyboards often do as well; mice - etc.

Try as a test, power down normally -> boot up in SAFE MODE. Before shutting down, search on how to boot in SAFE MODE with your Windows OS.

You will be required to press some hot key on the keyboard to enable the menu to allow you to boot into SAFE MODE. This mode will bypass the loading of the Windows device driver for your keyboard. The graphics will be low resolution but then you can check to see if the keyboard works or not at the DESKTOP.

Load up Notepad or something and type away. If all is ok then shut down and review which driver is best for this laptop's keyboard.

Plan B is to attach an external USB based keyboard. That should allow you to use the laptop in the current configuration of the screen.

At this time, does not sound like a hardware issue unless I have missed some understanding.
