i get HP 4530s 6050a2465501-mb-a02 no display
cpu not get hot or any volt on 3 coil


i check U9415
vin 19v
VR_ON 0 volt
VGATE 0 volt
vdd 5 volt
VCCP 5 volt

any idea

RAM supply works, has healthy resistance, good voltage and asserts PGood? Check and report back. Also confirm you're testing with known working ram

i check PWR_GOOD_3 on U17 no volt
found R153 is bad pin 1= 5 volt pin 2= 0 volt
replaced it
but now lap work 2 sec and shut and restart
check cpu get volte 1.2 v now
