Dell Inspiron 3549, 13269-1 keyboard not working..

    Dell Inspiron 3549, 13269-1 keyboard not working..

    I have a Dell Inspiron 3549, motherboard number 13269-1 and the keyboard not working.
    I have replaced the keyboard, flashed a known good bios, replaced the EC NPCE285PA0DX, I have checked the keyboard connector, I have traced all the tracks from the keyboard connector to the EC and all seems fine but the keyboard still does not work.
    What else should I check? Thank you
