Acer Aspire E5-571G doesnt find DVD-Device

Hello all together

My friends have this notebook:

Acer Aspire E5-571G (0867 V1.09)
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64bit
Mainboard: Z5WAH LA-B162P Rev. 1.0
DVD-Device: Panasonic Model No.: UJ8E20

Unfortunately the BIOS cannot find the DVD-Device (ATAPI: None) and I cannot find how I can change the settings to make the DVD-Device can work, also in Windows.

Can you help me / my friends please?

Is the DVD drive compatible for this laptop?

The dvd unit is with a SATA interface, not ATAPI.

I have searched for the mainboard the technical specs.
I found that the I/O for this mainboard has SATA, but I am really not sure.
