Hello , regarding this laptop model, the keyboard does not work at all, neither in the bios nor under windows, has anyone else experienced this bug?

yes work , but the laptop keyboard no light and not working , i think this bug become after update to windows 11 , or KBC dump problem ?

Was the original keyboard replaced?

If not, power up and use the external keyboard -> goto Asus website and download the latest bios and reflash the unit. Test again.

If it is indeed Windows 11 then Asus, by now, should have a fix. Post your updates.

PS: Do see a mix of youtube videos on this topic but not sure how these fixes will allow for the keyboard to function in the BIOS configuration menu.

Yes the original keyboard have , i updated the bios for versin 314 .. this is the last .. but same . not working the keyboard and no ambient light …

problem sloved , IT8291E has demaged , after change all work , keyboard and backlight
