Asus X512 Shutdown procedure

Hi I got Asus X512D with ryzen 7, Laptop is acting weird is taking about 10 minutes to shutdown (even from Bios) (is taking about 5-9W when is shutting down), when I press power button screen goes dark but LED and FAN are still on for about 10 minutes then it will eventually shutdown.
What is power off sequence? Does this mean PWM controller is faulty (RT3662AH)? or what component is controlling power off sequence?
Apart from this laptop is working fine.

Faulty ITE, after replacement all good.

It was interesting as 90% laptops are not powering on and this one doesn't wana power off
