Hp Envy 13-can not turn on

Hi any suggestion would really help. I have Hp Envy 13 which is AMD.
Model is 13-ar0007AU and motherboard No:18740-1. Problem can't turn on.
After inspecting the motherboard I found 1 SMD broken near switch. Can't find schematic about this board, so not sure what this SMD device number is or the function of this device.

That part is a Hall Sensor aka LID Switch. You can remove it and see if the mb turns on. Later you can replace it.

You should focus on dc-in mosfets and charging IC as they are responsible for blocking 19V rail to flow. Check resistance on CLR as there may be shorted +19V rail. Give us measurements of voltage on S-D-G pins of dc-in mosfets. Also resistance readings of the same mosfets.

Dell Precision 7710 - it can not be turn on and off with the switch
by ajc333
Hello.
Markings on the board AAPB0 LA-C551P REV:4.0 (A03). The laptop came to the service with the fault of shutting down after a few minutes of load such as a game. It turned out that the smaller fan was damaged, a complete original cooling system from dell was ordered and from this time everything is back to normal. The problem, however, is the inability to turn on and off the laptop with the switch. On the switch board, the voltage drops from 3V to 0V when the switch is pressed.
On the connector on the board (from the right side) I have the following voltages:
n1. - 3V after...
