Dell 3542 2 beeps issue

i have dell 3542 no display and 2 beebs code i measured the ddram rst on resistor R410 one of the sides is 1.35 and the otherside is 0.21 v is it ok ? or i should replace the r410 resistor

Perhaps the resistor is not faulty. You can check its resistance by pulling it out from mb.I strongly suggest to flash clean me bios as most of the times dramrst# is pulled low due to corrupt bios.

i tried cleanme bios now the laptop startup but no display and after few seconds it gives 4 beeb code i checked the ram voltage like the main volt 1.35 vtt .672 vddspd 3.3

4 Beeps is usually memory failure. Try replacing the ram stick. Is the ram stick used DDR3-L?? Try cleaning the ram slot. Flash another known good bios even if it is not me cleaned. You should still get display although a little late.
