Hi

MOBO model BM5860-V1.3

I cannot find schematics, the board have no voltage on it only on a few points i found 0.02v/ i saw no obvious charging IC , the only related chip is the type-c chip ANX7447.

Can you advise on how to inspect this ?

if i took off the usb-c port and connected it to charger and measure all pins one by one, and found no power at all, does it means the charging port is faulty?

the lenovo 20v charger does charge my phone, i think that in usb-c there is some negotiation between charger and IC.

Can some one shade a light on it ?

USB-C doesn't work like that. Channel configuration pins on either side (CC1/CC2) detect when it's plugged in and power is only thereafter. Get a USB-C ammeter to establish what is happening with the port.
