All voltage colis ok but vcc_core and
Gfx_core are missing 0v any solution
I changer cpu flashes bios but non change

1) Which schematic ? Link or post the schematic if on this forum.

2) Remove all power & no battery. Meter in lowest resistance mode. Check the resistance to ground of the VCC_CORE. It has to be working for the logic board to function.

What is the resistance in ohms ?

Your mb has cpu soldered or socket type?? If soldered, resistance may be ok. If its socket type, then remove cpu and then re-measure resistance on PL34/35.
