Hello, I have the title tablet that does not turn on. All I want is to recover the data from the disk, but I'm afraid it has died.

The battery is 3.8v, the tablet sometimes uses 0.170A, in a moment it drops to 0A. Sometimes it gets 0.470A but unfortunately it does not respond to the switch. I have not found any short circuits, and nothing warms up on the board.

Already at the beginning I have a problem with the voltages around the U700. So I have to replace it. Is this system balling?
