820-00928-04 mackbook and it run power 20v/0.8a but no display

hello
i have 820-00928-04 mackbook and it run power 20v/0.8a but no display
L7410 and L7420 have 0v
and it is 0.003 on the diode
all others coils on the board has its voltage and its correct as i think
cpu voltage when connecting the adapter is about 1v and after seconds it becomes 0.64 v
L7410 and L7420 have 0v bearing in mind u7100 is ok and all voltage for it also is ok
any idea to solve this ?

Meter in 20V or higher DC voltage scale.

Post the voltage readings for the following:

PP3V3_G3H (R6923 - either side of the 0 ohm resistor)

PPBUS_G3H (F7000, pin # 2)
