    problem with elite book 9480m

    hello, I have an hp elitebook 9480m in my possession, the problem is that I turn it off normally, but it automatically turns on, I tested the memories, took out the motherboard and it's still the same.
    the power button has 2.6v
    3.3v coil is ok I don't see dirt on the motherboard
    Greetings and I hope you can help me

      Remove the lan chip and try again.
