I have a dell 7280 LA-E122P i5-7300U CAZ10.
The symptom is that the power comes on for 1 second and the keyboard backlight and then turns off.
I tried a some BIOS dumps, but no change.
I asked the seller of the laptop and he claims that it stopped turning on after cleaning the inside.
It looks like a hardware problem.
I checked all the power lines for short circuits and everything is fine. All required voltages are present and correct.
Battery charging is working. Display test (POWER + D) is working. (Interestingly during display test it doesn't turn off.)
With RAM removed there are no diagnostic LEDs. (but they should be).
Where to start looking for the cause?
