Asus x570ud motherboard continuously showing on battery and plugin. But it charges when the laptop is in off condition. Charging ic is bq24780s i have change it but same problem

Is the external power adapter the correct one for this laptop?
What is the power rating?
The charger IC datasheet will show a reference design with multiple mosfets. Asus will very likely copy the same design on this logic board.
Remove all power (no battery). Meter in resistance mode.
Measure the resistance of each mosfet, starting with the first 2 that are used with the dcin adapter.
Measure:
Source (1-2-3) & drain (5-6-7-8)
Source (1-2-3) & gate (4)
Gate (4) & drain (5-6-7-8)
Post each measurement.
Then repeat for the mosfets linked to the battery charging.
Post the resistance values.
