    HP ProBook 4510s with keyboard issue

    Hello guy, i have this HP ProBook 4510s with board number 6050A2252601-mb-A03 the QWERTY ZXCVBNM are not pressing i tried several other new keyboards on it, it's the same keys that are not pressing too I tried checking the Port connecting it to the motherboard it looks normal and i even tried to clean it but still same issue. Any idea?

    The keyboard is scanned for a keypress.

    Review the activity of an OUTPUT & INPUT pin from the KBC on a known good key press.

    Then confirm the receipt of a keypress from the non-working row. Suspecting a connection break for this row of keys.

    Confirm that each pull-up resistor is present & its resistance value for the keyboard.
