numlockn stays on when power is off , x360 1030 G2

Strange issue
. X360 1030 G2
No OS LOADED

Issue:
The NumLock key is is on during post and stays on when system is powered off.

Steps so far:
Turn NumLock off in bios
Flash bios

Also, if I power off and hold power button, say 30src, the "NumLock key goes off, , the caplock key comes on for say 5sec, then Numlock key is back on., System power is off .

Any ideas, it should be off when sys is powered down, but stays on, hence drawing power and constant reset of bios parameters.
