Acer swift SF314-54 series

How to completely remove built-in RAM? it has shorted built-in RAM memory .. i removed the RAM and put an external RAM memory but still won't display pls help

Do you have schematic and boardview for this model?? Without them its impossible to find out the resistor settings for on board ram disable. Simply removing the onboard ram modeules will not work. If you can post the schematic/bdv, i can help you.

Perhaps,not possible to bring it back to life unless and otherwise you get hold of schematic+bdv.

Perhaps,not possible to bring it back to life unless and otherwise you get hold of schematic+bdv.

I could'nt find any info in the schematic for onboard memory disable. There are straps given for changing between brands but nothing given to disable them. may be i missed out somewhere. I'll have a look at it again. Sorry couldnt help you

some technician says it's in number 12 and 13 in the schematic sir..

It could be the SDP & DDP settings on Pg 12 but I've not understood it correctly with my limited knowledge. Maybe some other members can confirm any way out.
