Asus x540NA not turning On

Hello guys

I have an Asus X540NA laptop, not turning On, not charging the battery, not light the machine is completely dead.

19v - present
3.3v- present
5v - present

Even the power button pin on the keyboard does have 3,3v.
The strange thing is, when I remove the bios chip off the board, the power LED comes up , start to show a light 💡…but when the bios is connected there's no light 💡…not charging the battery…I flashed the bios but still no lucky..

Please I need some help

The bios chip should be 1.8V

And it is 1.8v, anyway I've found the problem, the ram power supply
