Asus tp412fa unknow component

Hi
On asus tp412fa a chip marked BDJAYD is very hot but I can't find any info on internet. I have another chip from asus UX431FA marked BDJAXB with the same connections and the same boundary components. Another chip marked I4 AUD , probably a dual mosfet but unknow info.
Someone know the exact part number of these chips

The part marked I4 AUD is a NIKO-SEM mosfet. I don`t know what it is though. If you search through the latest asus boardviews you should be able to find the exact part.

I4 seems to be the part number,AUD i think is the date/lot code
