Lenovo ideapad 330-15ikb 3.3v, 5v regulator

Please help me
I have a Lenovo ideapad 330-15ikb, i5 8th generation
Motherboard: EG521 NM-B45
3.3v and 5v regulator is getting hot, i want to replace it but i don t find the real name of regulator to buy it
Is a integrated regulator and mosfet 3.3 and 5 v
Chip name is 0M=5F
Please help me with the real name of the ic.

Your picture is not in focus but believe it is the attached part from Richtek. See the datasheet to confirm.

Post a clear picture to show the top side markings and bottom side pins of the IC.
