acer aspire ES1-432 not turning on

    acer aspire ES1-432 not turning on

    hello, i have this laptop. when i plug the charger, the orange led lights on, like charging. after some time it becomes blue. when i press the power button, the led turns off. no fan spin, no light on the screen, the laptop not turning on. checked with disconnected keyboard, shorting the pin for the power button (its on the keyboard), no result. 3.3 volts present on the pin. tested with out battery (then the leds stays off), changed bios battery (was drained to 0v). any clues?
