Toshiba c855-22m no display

M/B PLF/PLR/CSF/CSR DSC MB REV:2.1
Laptop starts but no display.
i measured coils i have 3.3v,5v, 1.5v on memory,1.15v on cpu coil, 0.9v on display coil and 5v on vga socket.
VGA (AMD) ic is getting hot. i used some heat on it but still no display.
does anyone has any idea about it!

Bios was reflashed.
how to get DRAMRST#.
i can not find schematics for this model.
power consumption without memory 0.97A
power consumption with memory 1.12A

Ram module used is DDR3?? If it is correct, then measure on pin30 of ram slot for DRAMRST#
