Intel education tablet pc USB boot

Hi,
Anyone a have any idea how to boot the Intel tablet pc from USB.
Its having uefi boot and boot menu is showing the USB drive but not able to boot.
The current os is win10 and touch screen is not working. Preloaded os is win 8.1. So I want to install 8.1 on the system.
