Not charging Acer Aspire ES1-572-304Z B5W1S LA-D671P

Got charging problem, model Acer Aspire ES1-572-304Z B5W1S LA-D671P Rev.: 1.0
Symptoms: Won't turn on if battery is connected or SWG1 switch pushed.

Got laptop without battery and not turning on at all. Found bad EC chip (ENE KB9022QD) and replaced from donor. Reprobramed EC firmware and Main bios firmware.
Got from OEM supplier new battery AC14B8K (4ICP5/57/80) 15.2V , tested with battery analyzer and charged till 30%.
Now it turns on, but only from adapter. Not if battery conected or SWG1 switch pressed.

So far replaced PU301 (from BQ24735 to BQ25A), PQ304, PQ305, PQ306.
Please any advice.

1) with the adapter only, what is the voltage @ +19VB ?

2) with the adapter off, battery only - what is the voltage @ +19VB ?

on battery only @ +19VB = 15.10V

Post the voltage of the LDO rail +3VLP at PU401 (pins 16 & 17).

Check this voltage with adapter (no battery).

Check this voltage with battery (no adapter).

Repeat this voltage read at +3VLP_EC on UB1.

Check and post EC_SMB_CK1, EC_SMB_DA1 voltages.

On adapter only EC_SMB_CK1, EC_SMB_DA1 = 3.27V
On battery only EC_SMB_CK1, EC_SMB_DA1 = 3.26V



Got 0.00V then not pressed battery present switch SWG1. Normally it is pressed with back RAM cover. So I gave readings with pressed switch.

You can try to reflash it but personally do not have this experience on the details.
