MSI GS73 Stealth 8RF-007XES No power

Hi all,
I am trying to fix this computer that does not start or charge. I found a few shortcuts, a mostfet and an IC. I removed them and checked them out of the board and they were actually bad. The mosfet was responsible, I think, to give power to the Chipset, and the shortcut was on the high line... so I am afraid that the chipset could get 19V at some point. I measure the resistance on the Coil after the mosfet and I get 0.4 Ohms. And many resistors (marked 000) underneath the chipset show the same resistance on both sides from ground. Do you think the shipset is fried? Is a chipset replacement doable not having a IR soldering stations?
BTW... In the schematic request I asked for the schematics for this board. It would be great if anyone has them. And I posted some pictures of the board.

Thanks for helping. I cannot tell exactly what rail it is since I couldn't find the schematic. I am sure it is a 3.3V rail. The dual mosfet that was generating this rail was shorted on the high end to 19V, and the 5V and 3.3V controller (TPS51225) would get very hot. I removed the dual mosfet and the controller from the board... the 5V rail seems fine. But the 3.3V rail has 0.4 Ohms. There was another single mosfet shortcut attached to that 3.3V rail and I removed it too from the board (the coil attached to this single mosfet got 4 Ohms resistance). I could see that the dual mosfet generating the 3.3V holds 40A... so I wonder if 0.4 Ohms would be fine.
Then measuring around trying to find were this rail goes I found the intel chipset and a coil near by with the same very low resistance, but since the resistance is so low I cannot tell if it is connected to the same rail (that coil does not have any mosfet with it). I was thinking about removing the coil to check, but since you need to apply a lot of heat I wanted to wait.
Before I removed any component the only voltage I got is the 19V out of the input mosfets, on the battery side, without the battery connected I had 2V (also strange). And so far those where the only present voltages.

Pictures attached about the IC and the 5V and 3.3V rails (mosfets and controller removed).
The coil on the right with the 5V and 3.3V is the one shorted (looking to the datasheet of the controller I thing the one on the right is 3.3V). And the coil that is underneath the IC also looks shorted (measuring resistance to ground).

Sorry... I just realized that the pictures got turned over.
The picture on the left shows the 5V and 3.3V rails. The coil on top is the one showing 0.4 Ohms and I believe it is 3.3V. The coin on the bottom is 5V and looks fine.
The IC on the picture at the right has this coil more to the right that measure also 0.4 Ohms, that I don't know if it is normal.
