Acer Aspire VN7-792G-70SU-power issue

Motherboard Newgate_SLS -GDDR5.
Laptop came dead.I disconnect battery Laptop started with adapter.Battery
voltage was 0v.I replace the battery ,but when i plug the new battery red
light comes on without charger .if is pluged just battery again Laptop starting but if i
plug charger again laptop goes off,red light goes off as well.
It works only from adapter or only battery .When both are pluged in not starting.I change charging IC but problem still exists.IC IS BQ24780S.
Could i have any ideas please Thank you.

Check for shorted mosfet @ PU4401.

Power down and check resistance between

source & drain.

Then check source & gate. Finally gate & drain.

Thank you for you response .I've changed u4401 no luck.
