dell inspiron 15 la-9982p no power shorted 3vs

help me here i have a dell inspiron 15 motherboard code la-9982p

large part of the motherboard is heating most of the part is the ram area or lower part of the motherboard
after doing some resistance check i found out that pin 4 of UR1 is shorted to ground pin 4 of UR1 is +3vs i try to remove the jumper on j511 still the pin 4 of UR1 or the +3vs rail is still shorted

After removing jumper J511, which side is showing short?? If it is ic side, try removing U2301. If is on the other side, try injecting 1V on the shorted side. PCH may warm up(smaller die on the soc)

no short on the ic side of u2301.

after i inject 1v to shorted side. the power supply showing 1v 1a like nothings shorted but when i do a resistance check on diode mode it gives me 1 reading

by the way the unit power on but after a few second the led lights turn off then the part of the motherboar will begin heating

the power supply reading after power on and led comes off become 19v 110A

What is the exact resistance on the shorted side of 3VS?? Reading in Ohms mode only and let the mb remain disconnected from power source for atleast 10 mins. Then only measure the resistance.
