Acer aspire E1-510 Keeps burning the 3/5v chip regulator

Hello my fellow brothers

I have an Acer Aspire E1-510 that keeps burning the 3/5v regulator , I've replaced the chip 4 times but keep doing the same thing over and over again…I checked for a short to ground on both power rails , 3.3v and 5v but nothing seem to be shorted to ground, what normal cause this?

Schematics ? Boardview files ? I think I have the schematic but wish to be sure it matches yours.

Which exact part(s) keeps burning out ?

check vreg3 and vreg5, output voltage or not. make sure there is no short 3v3 and 5v. IC working conditions must be met.

If the chip is burning out, there has to be short. Check VREG3/VREG5 pin resistance with ic soldered with no power connected as suggested by @toni_comp
