Hello. Can somebody picture PQ704, PQ705, PQ706, PQ700, PQ811, PQ816, PQ4 ? I have the schematic, but there's Dell use FDS6679AZ-G or AP4409AGEM or AON4435 for PQ811, and I haven't FDS6679AZ but have another mosfets. Thanks.

Try using 4407A/4835 as replacement.

Kindly help me also,
I have one dell when processor is present on the board there 19v rail will be shorted to ground but when processor is not present on the board there will not be any short at all. I've changed more than six processor same thing occurring.

Cpu core circuit is shorted. Measure resistance on vcore coils-with cpu /without cpu in resistance mode. Check all the mosfets connected to VRM circuit. If still short persist, then try removing Vcore IC and check resistance again.
