    Acer Aspire A515-51

Hello, I got this laptop that has a water spill on it and it has been tried to repair by another guy.

    MB: LA-E892P

The laptop has no power at all. It draws 0A but jumps to 0.02A every few seconds. Main (first MOSFET) has 0.2V on the gate so the first MOSFET won't open the voltage to the board.

So my question is why the gate is LOW? the PU301 have 19V on VCC

I found some shorted things. The PQ402 was shorted, I removed it. Then I remove PU401 and found that pin (on board) are shorted to GDN (pin 3 and 8)

Pin3 of PU401 is LDO3-So likely kbc chip is shorted as well but we've to be sure. You can inject 1V,1A on pin3 and see if kbc is warming up.

I try to inject voltage and indeed the KBC is getting hot. What should I do next? Should I remove the KBC?

I removed KBC ic and i still have the short. I found shorted component on 5v rail so now it is ok. 3V rail was still shorted. I inject 1.5V to 3V rail and found that CPU is getting little hot. Does this mean that CpU is dead?

You mean the smaller die is getting hot on SOC?? That's the PCH part of SOC. Yes, if it is getting hot, its gone.
