Replace Q2402 located near io chip. You can remove Q3004 and replace it for Q2402. You can power on safely without Q3004 and its located near lan connector.

Check VREG3 and VREG5 outputs on pin 3 of PU4503. IO related. was the IO program you just inserted. Have you posted a program to the IO.

If Q2402 is bad,PU4503 will heat up. that's why the suggestion. Its the most common fault on cedar platform.

@sametbey, IO on this platform is NCPE285 which is not programmable.

Now check VREG3/VREG5/POWERGD on PU4503. Seems you killed PU4503. Resistance on VREG3/Vreg5??

You mean PL4502 is showing shorted even after Pu4503 Removed?? If so, remove Pl4502 and see which side is shorted and then inject voltage on shorted side to find out what is wrong. As always, start with 1V,1A and gradually increase the current. Dont exceed the voltage above 1V or you may kill the SOC also.
