Acer Switch 10 2 in 1 N15P2 laptop repair

Hello,

I am repairing a laptop, and there is short right on main power rail. (It is present on DC connector also)

When injecting power, there is a coil what is getting hot, nothing else. I think coil cannot be grounded for obvious reason, but I am stuck here.

Please help.

Remove that coil and check resistance on both sides of that coil first.

Thank you, after pulling the inductor and injected voltage to the board again, that ic next to it got mad hot. After I removed it, the short is gone in both side, checked several points.

I have ordered a replacement from ali.
