HP Omen 15-ce019dx with cataleptic symptoms

Hi folks,

I have a problem with an HP Omen 15-ce019dx (DAG3AAMBAF0 REV F) laptop.
I already checked the usual and I need your guidance.
The laptop works normally until, after several uses (on / off) it no longer turns on.
Here comes the weird; If I leave the laptop without battery and without charger for several days, the computer goes back to work without major problem as if nothing happened.
Of the tests...
The laptop does not turn on the led where it recognizes that its charger is connected; even without the battery.
Already press the power button for a minute to drain any charge; no charger and battery connected, no result.
The multimeter reads the voltage of the charger and the battery appears to be in good condition and with good charging capacity.
The voltage from the power jack appears to be reaching the motherboard correctly. I am left wondering if I can do any other tests on the power jack.
If someone can guide me, I will appreciate it.

Need to probe charging IC pins. Which charging IC it uses?? No dc jack light can mean many things-01 absence of 3V LDO, 02. Charging IC faulty, 03.AD_ID detection issues and 04. bad kbc ,05 DC in fet problems. There can be other reasons but start with these points.
