    Inspiron 15 3567

    Greetings to all,

    i have a Dell Inspiron 15 3567 which has issue with the internal display. Laptop power on but no display meanwhile in an external screen i have normal display. Also i have 2 orange and 7 white led blinks. Screen and flex cable has been tested to other laptop and they are working fine. Despite the fact that if i remove the flex and leave only the external display after a while the Laptop shutdown because it propably see error with the internal screen even it is not attached and i cant work too external screen....
    Does anybody faced this issue? Is there is a way even if not manage to fix the internal display to work to external without laptop to shutdown as it sees that there is an errot to the internal screen most propably something is wrong in the mobo.

    Without the internal screen connected, the laptop shouldnt shut down. So you need to fix that part first. Getting display on internal screen is not big deal-we can do that later but first look why its shutting down.

      It shutdown because it sees fault with the internal display.

        Dont agree as shutdown is occuring even with flexcable removed as per your comments on post#1.

          No matter if the flex is connected or no the behavior is the same. It sees fault and shutdown.

            Hi, did you manage to solve it? Same problem on 2024, no display but after some seconds the mobo shuts down no matter if in bios or any other instance, thank you!!
