    Dell G7 laptop battery display 0% is it battery issue?

    Dell G7 laptop battery display 0% is it battery issue?

    owner tried to replace thermal paste by its own and after assembling and test he got this issue... he said before he did it battery is ok and fine...

    tried to align battery but still same, anyone here encountered this??

      UPDATE: its done already its only in battery flex on the other side which is connected directly to battery... battery flex has 2 ends by the way
