Dell E5570 MB LA-C841P help with +VCC_GT power

Dear friends,
please help with laptop Dell E5570 (E5470, Precision 3510) ADP80 LA-C841P UMA.

Laptop starts with no image. I tried many BIOS dumps, but with no luck,
some of them correctly run MB and main powers except VCC_GT.
Does anybody know, how is the enable signals working? It should be FCCM_GT, PWM1_GT and PWM2_GT.

VCCCORE have en signal FCCM_VCORE 5V and PWM1_VCORE 0,4V but PU605 a PU606 doesn't get this signal from PU601. Why?

check all ALW & RUN sheet 44 are correct or not, FCCM_GT, PWM1_GT and PWM2_GT PU601 Control by BIOS

Not yet, still seems like BIOS issue, but don't have proper dump

Try, it is dump form the board with shorted CPU, windows key cleared with XXX.

MOD EDIT: bios moved to https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=106949

ps. had a lot of those boards, most of them with failed cpu drmos, and cpu dead. and one with hissing noise, from PL801. Changing PL801 from 2r2 to 3r3 seems to solve the problem.
