i have Laptop Hp Envy 6 Sleekbook LA-8661P power for 5 second and then turn off i did try new bios still same but i dont get any light on the connecter all the voltage are present?????????????

Overheating or a short causing the board to go into protection mode during the later stages of power-up sequence?
