Dell 3542 getting 4.5v on LDO

i got a case Dell 3542 which is i am getting 4.5v instead of 3.3v on On/off switch/ psl logic/on rtc as well
on all LDO 3.3v i am getting 4.5v

when i remove R2402 IO VCC 2.2 ohm resistor ALL LDO 3.3V become ok every where

work done
change PU4503 3 & 5 volt ic
change near by ic resistors
change psl fet
change rtc diod
change usb ic

any one else face this same issue
and what else i have to check ?????

Try changing the cap of PL4501/4502 but i still beleive its something wrong in either PSL/RTC section.
