    A1706 No display or cpu activity

    820-00239-09 motherboard. Draws 520ma then drops to 420ma. Black screen. Battery disconnected.

    Had a small bit of spillage around U3100

    PPVCC_CPU_PH1 and PPVCC_CPU_PH1 are 1.08v

    PPVCCEDRAM_S0_Cpu is 0v
    PPVCCGT_S0_CPU = 0v

    All the rest of the S0 voltages seem to be present.

    No display no chime/USb activity.

    Any ideas?
    What should the consumption be?
