A1278 820-2936b no magsafe,no spin ,short

A1278 820-2936b no magsafe,no spin.

I cant find what element is shorted

I checked :

u9426 pin 1,2 (gnd)shorts to 3,

c9486,c9485,c9426 shorts to gnd,

c7035,c7036,c7037 shorts to gnd,

c7040,c7030, c7031 shorts to gnd,

c9390 short to gnd,

c7055,c7056,c7056 shorts to gnd,

All caps ok , desoldered and checked.

q7080 pins 1,2,3 shorts to gnd

r7005 looks ok 20ohm, u7000 changed now is deseldered
Q7510 pin4 to gnd 9ohm

Because isl is desoldered i dont want connect to power.

What to check now ?

This is a bit confusing. What's the history of the machine?
By "no magsafe" I assume you mean no green/orange light on Magsafe? If that's the case the diagnosis starts by checking voltage on PP3V42_G3H.
Anyway you indeed shouldn't connect Magsafe without U7000, so you need to solder one back one first.
