820-3115 does not turn on but with battery it turns on

does not turn on,but with battery only it turns on
reviewing the board I found the problem.
The problem is that the CHGR BOOT pin 25 charger circuit is not pulsing as it should.
Q7030, Q7035 has a pulse but very weak
the question is why pin 25 is not boosting?
any of you have had this problem before?:
I already changed the two mosfets Q7030, Q7035 AND U7000

I don't know what to do this problem is beyond my knowledge

What's the voltage on ACIN, DCIN, VDD, VDDP, CSIN, PHASE of U7000 (with Magsafe connected but battery disconnected)?
Exact resistance between pins 17/18 and between pins 27/28 of U7000?

I already solved the problem. Thanks for your help anyway, the problem was that Q7035 was somehow defective, even if I changed it once. I had to change it again.
I think C7025 was not discharged because Q7035 was not driving to ground
pin 2 of C7025 and discharged
